ALLEGED VANDALISM
Dear Residents
We have received a report from a resident alleging that her car was scratched whilst parked at our basement car park. As this alleged act is a criminal offence, the resident has lodged a police report and the police are investigating the complaint.
This would be the first incident of such a nature to occur in our estate, the Management view this matter very seriously and would not hesitate to act in accordance with the law.
We seek your co-operation to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity in the estate to security immediately. We believe that with your co-operation we can improve the overall level of security in the estate.
